I've been drawing for as long as I can remember, but I startes to take my passion for art seriously around the time I was 8. I started off drawing dinosaurs, and eventually, I developed an obsession for Pokemon, which drove me to draw every Pokemon in existance at the time, in every pose imaginable. My obsession even persuaded me to make up my own Pokemon. My Pokemon phase continued for quite a while, until I started becoming addicted to the internet, which exposed me to a whole new world of art, One of the first art sites I came across was Suta-Raito. I was astounded by the artwork there, which inspired me to get a tablet and give digital art a try. From my dinosaur phase to my early internet addiction phase, all I have ever done was traditional art, so moving on to digital art was kind of a big thing for me. I got my first and current tablet on my birthday in '06; an AIPTEK HyperPen 8000U. I got PaintShopPro, and used that for my early digital drawings. After only a few months, I got Photoshop Elements 5, and I have used that program ever since. Around the time I got PaintShopPro, I discovered DeviantArt. I saw many wonderous artists, but the gallery I visited the most was that of the artist who first inspired me to try digital art- Kuitsuku the owner of Suta-Raito/Sutaro. My art style kind of took after hers since her art was the one I followed most. However, after a while, I got frustrated at the fact that my style wasn't all my own, so I started to try to vary my style a bit. I'm still trying to find my own style, but otherwise I am happy with my art. I have been so addicted to digital art that about 80% of all things I draw are digital, but I still do quite a few traditonal things every now and then. I do many paintings of landscapes, animals, still lifes, and such. Currently, I draw things ranging from cartoon-ish subjects to realistic subjects. :)

The Site

I created this site mainly to showcase my art. Even though I can always showcase my art on large art sites such as DeviantArt, I wanted a site that had my style and my touch, and what better way to do that than with your own website! Pretty much everything on this site was created and coded by me, but I built the layout using another layout as a template, but it's still all pretty much my work. The two anthromorphic feline-esque creatures you see up in the logo are my characters, Radisson and Roxanne :)
